Ph.D. Candidate at ESSEC Business School
I am a Ph.D. candidate at ESSEC Business School, and I am expected to graduate in the spring of 2023.

My research interest lies in the intersection between strategy, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. I have been particularly eager to understand how different types of interorganizational collaborations form, evolve, and create value for the partners and stakeholders.

In the three essays that comprise my dissertation, I study employee enterprises and their collaborations with their parent firms (previous employers). Specifically, I explore the drivers of supportive parent-employee relationships and the impact of these relationships on the performance of the new ventures and the parent organizations.

Beyond my dissertation, I have been collaborating with other professors on different projects looking at cross-sector collaborations for social innovation. Specifically, I have worked on a published book chapter reviewing the literature on these collaborations, and I am currently working on a theory paper on the topic.

Prior to joining ESSEC, I graduated in Production Engineering and worked for five years in the financial sector and in strategic consulting.
